Proctor Air® is an air and vapour permeable, highly water resistant roofing underlay. Its characteristics allow even very complex pitched roofs to breathe, without the need for air gaps or secondary venting.
The meltblown core at the heart of Proctor Air allows natural air movement to ‘supercharge’ the passage of moisture vapour from the roofspace, making the formation of condensation in the roofspace virtually impossible.
An alternative to 1F felt, Sepa Light is Klober's non-breathable roof underlay for traditional ventilation. The high-resistant membrane is strong and lightweight.

Permavent APEX is a 3 layer breather membrane for use as a pitched roof underlay. Permanent APEX is both vapour and air permeable providing unique condensation control which eliminates the need for low or high level ventilation. Permavent APEX also provides a secondary barrier to water ingress.
APEX has been endorsed by NHBC for use as an unsupported roof underlay in cold pitched roofs without the need to provide any ventilation at either high or low level.
Permavent APEX is fully compliant with BS5534 and an integrated tape allows APEX to be installed in all UK wind zones.
